Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the training course. We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of your purchase, contact our support team at support@instaproacademy.com ATTN: Refund and let us know you would like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 CST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes all of the following items:

• Information on what hashtags or usernames you are using to grow your Instagram following.

• A live link to your website (capture page, sales page, order form, etc).

• A screenshot of the number of clicks you have received to your website in the last 10 days (trackable by resources taught in the course).

• A screenshot of the shoutouts you did along with the captions of the Instagram page who personally recommend the objective your shoutout was trying to achieve.

• A screenshot of sales results from the last 10 days.

We will not provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Instapro Academy, LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 10.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

If they don't, we will refund 100% of your money. Just request this within 30 days of purchasing the course.

You WILL have to show us that you did the work to get the refund. Our refund policy is not for people trying to get the course for free.

To be even more clear, here are some examples of what is not covered under the refund policy . . .

"I decided to change directions" or "I haven't had time to go through the course".

We are trying to be very upfront with you. Please don't buy this course if you aren't serious or "just want to check it out".
